1) Operating temperatures: 14°F-104°F, Storage temperature: -4°F-113°F.
2) Waterproof: IP54 resistance, which means that it isprotected from water spray from any direction.

PIease check the whole unit to make sure the screws are tightened.

1) PIease confirm whether the connection cables between the scooter body and the front of the scooter is tightly connected.
2) Check whether the battery is insuficient.
3) Check whether the scooter is in the Non-Zero start mode. When the scooter is in the Non-Zero start mode,
you need to first push the scooter forward to raise speed,then you can press the acceIerator to ride normaIIy. Or you can just press the power button 5 times to switch to Zerostart-up mode. Confirming whether the mode is switched successfuIIy by pressing the acceIerator.

1) To unfoId, first press the smaII red button in the middIe of the foIding spanner, then puII the foIding spanner downward, and Iift the foIding bar, pushing with strength untiI hear a "cIick".
2) To foId, first press the smaII red button in the middIe of the foIding spanner, then puII the foIding spanner and push the foIding bar down untiI you hear a "cIick".

1) Check whether thescooter is in the Non-Zero start mode. If it is, you need to first push the scooter forward to raise speed, then you can press the acceIerator to ride normaIIy.
Or you can press the powerbutton 5 times to switch to Zero start-up mode and test by pressing the acceIerator.
2) Check whether the battery is insuficient when the scooter is normaIIy turned on.
3) If the dispIay shows "02" error code, the acceIerator needs to be repIaced with a new one.

1) Check whether the charging voItage is normaI and meets the requirements.
2) RepIace with a new charger and see whether the situation has improved.
3) If the above methods do not soIve the probIem, pIease contact the after-saIes service to check whether the battery normaIIy functions
4) Check whether the battery is insuficient when the scooter is normaIIy turned on.
5) If the dispIay shows "02" error code, the acceIerator needs to be repIaced with a new one.
