Politique d’expédition
C INVERTER will cover the shipping fees, which will be carried out by either FedEx or UPS throughout the contiguous United States and Canada. Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email and tracking information will be sent to your email address. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses, the delivery time may vary from 2-7 days.
Please be aware that we are currently only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
To ensure safe transportation of C INVERTER Electric Scooters, they are carefully packaged and protected. If you order multiple items simultaneously, we will try our best to ship them in one box, however sometimes it may require multiple shipments. please do not worry if you receive your products at different times.
Please note that special circumstances such as large orders or new product launches may result in extended shipping times. we will notify you via email if this is the case.
Signature Requirement
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes regarding delivery dates and contact the shipping company accordingly. C INVERTER will not be held responsible for any undelivered packages.
Once you have signed for and received your products, C INVERTER will not be held accountable for any lost, stolen or damaged items. If you choose not to sign for delivery due to COVID-19 concerns, our policies still apply.
Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged as a result of the actions or omissions of FedEx or UPS services.
Tax
We do not collect sales tax from our customers.
Shipping Changes & Cancellations
Before shipment
You can cancel your order by contacting us by email at Support@cinverter.com.
Cancellations are confirmed once you receive a valid confirmation email from our Customer Support Team. A 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted.
Change of address: No fees.
Change of model: No fees.
After shipment
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped (you have received a tracking number), there is a 5% credit card processing fee and a US$ 100 shipping fee.
Change of address: There are no fees if the address can still be changed. If not, you can reject the package and pay a US$ 100 shipping fee to cancel the order.
Order change: Orders cannot be Changed or Cancelled once they have been shipped.
Rejected shipment
If an order shipment is rejected and sent back to us via the third-party shipping service, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee of US$ 100 per e-scooter for re-shipment. If you do not wish for it to be re-shipped, we will treat this as a refund request and require you to pay a US$ 100 shipping fee and a 5% credit card processing fee.
