Excellent Customer Service Support

I must say the microgoescooter.com customer support is really good than what I expected, they usually reply my questions time in time and they sent me a new handle bar last Tuesday, actually I bought the Microgo electric scooter mainly for cruising around my studying at Stanford University and I end up using it more and more everyday! since purchase I would say I driven over 250 miles within few weeks and here are my thoughts on this fantastic scooter: - Mileage: Depends on the speed mode, I was average around 17-20 miles before dropping below 20% - Safety: You get the hand-brake! Cool LED headlight and braking light to always reminded passer-by or cars. Build Quality: Feels very solid and sturdy and no need to assemble.

Easy use and portable I like it Microgo!

It's worthy to buy.

We bought Microgo M8 electric scooter when it was on promotion. FedEx shipping is fast. I am satisfied with the value and sometimes use it as a convenient tool from my house to the swimming pool or gym nearby. It has worked well so far, it is heavy, well made, and makes me feel the quality is good. It does feel bumpy when on a bumpy road. Be careful when you use the brake, try not to use the one at the front handle. I would prefer to use the back wheel to make the stop more smooth. Need some time to practice and you will get along with each other.

Microgo M5 Plus is an affordable, foldable Electric Scooter which I looked at different electric scooters on YouTube before deciding on this one. The reason I decided to buy this one was because of the good quality and their fast service team support, Every time I visit my family in Los Angeles, I am hit with a dilemma—do I rent a car or not? Car rental costs can quickly rack up quite a bill, especially since my visits tend to be several weeks long; but not having a car in Los Angeles is a major inconvenience, as the city of angels is, unfortunately, heavily reliant on personal vehicles—its public transport infrastructure a shell compared to those in New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo, or any other major city for that matter.

What you would expect from the name MICROGO. Well made! Great quality!

Good quality and cost-effective scooter

I bought two to keep on a boat to use for in town excursions. Top speed is 19 MPH, which is more than adequate. Ascends hills impressively and without issue. Battery life is long but depends on your driving style. The range of 20 miles or so is among the best features. We had these on microgoescooter.com and drove the entire island on day one, and the second trip the next day without even charging. By the time we were done the battery was still at 80%. The 10" tires help with bumps but deck is a tad higher than many as a result.
